Jacobey London rocks the shortest shorts we've seen around here in a long time. The story involves a friend betting him he wouldn't buy and wear the shorts; challenge accepted, apparently! Even though the shorts are risky in the wardrobe-malfunction department, Jacobey says he'll wear them until he gets ugly. (In other words, he'll be wearing them forever!)
